What we provide

PingLocal searches public sources and, where you install our website snippet, your own website, for people near you who are asking for what you sell. Every lead we hand you carries a receipt: the exact words, where they were published, a working link, and why our model thinks it counts. If we cannot show you the evidence, you never see the lead.

We do not send messages to the people we find, and we will not add that later without telling you. PingLocal can draft a reply for you to edit. You do the sending, from the tools you already use.

Where PingLocal is offered

PingLocal is offered in most countries. It is not offered in Australia, Belarus, Canada, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Russia. What each Lead Machine can find depends on the sources available in your country, and the app shows this before you choose one.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite into it.
• Seats are unlimited on every plan.
• You must not use PingLocal to break the law, to harass anybody, or to send unsolicited email, texts or calls in a jurisdiction that forbids it.
• You must honour a removal request from someone we surfaced to you, and tell us so we can suppress them too.
• If you switch on form capture in the website snippet, your own privacy notice must tell visitors that the details they type into your form are shared with PingLocal.

Buying PingLocal

You buy PingLocal through JVZoo, which takes the payment and keeps your receipt. Create your account with the email address you used at JVZoo checkout. What each plan includes is described on its sales page and in Settings, Billing.

What you pay for

You pay a monthly plan fee. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of confirmed buyers and of searches. A confirmed buyer is a lead you kept: you marked it Good, you sent it to your CRM, or it was marked won. It is counted once per lead, so a lead you accept and later win counts once, not twice.

A lead you reject costs nothing and does not use up your allowance. When either allowance is used up, searches pause until your next month starts. We never charge extra for usage beyond your plan.

We pay for the sources, the enrichment and the model calls. Those are our costs and they are never added to what you pay.

When a plan stops

If a plan is cancelled, refunded or charged back, or a payment fails, new searches pause. Nothing you configured or found is deleted or hidden.

Refunds are made through JVZoo, under the refund terms shown when you bought.

Agencies and resellers

• Agency plans let you run several client accounts, put your own name and logo on reports and emails, and send each client a monthly results email. You must have the right to email the addresses you enter. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
• Client billing. You can save your own Stripe or PayPal payment link for a client. Your client pays you directly. The money never passes through PingLocal, we store no card or payment details, and we take no cut. You mark a client paid or unpaid.
• Reseller plans let you create up to 50 customer accounts under your own brand, at a price you set and collect yourself. We take no payment from your customers. You can pause or remove a customer account, and you are responsible for your customers' use of PingLocal under these terms.

What we do not promise

We do not promise you jobs, replies or revenue, because you send the messages and we do not.

We do not promise that anybody near you is asking for what you sell in a given week. Some sources carry few local requests, and we will not show you a lead we cannot back with a receipt.

Your data and ours

Your data stays yours. We use it to run the product for you and to improve the scoring in your own account. Your accept and reject decisions train your results, not somebody else's. Export it whenever you like. How we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time in your JVZoo account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that does not pay, and we will tell you why first unless the law prevents us.

Changes, and contact

If we change these terms materially we will tell account owners by email before the change takes effect. Write to help@pinglocal.io with any question about this page.
